THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT:
When you contact Christian Tanner Films, please include the address of home, the size in square feet, the estimated value of the home, and your name, email address and number. Discuss with your videographer your needs and wants. Let your videographer know if there are certain parts of the home that you want him to pay special attention to, or no attention at all.
THE DAY OF THE EVENT:
Your videographer will arrive on location prepared to film the home according to the needs of the Real Estate Agent. He will bring a drone* to capture the exterior of the home, and a camera and gimbal for the interior. Depending on the size of the home, it could take anywhere from 2 to 5 hours to film everything. You do not need to be on site while your videographer is working, but may do so if you desire. If the weather is bad, expect to plan a day in the future your videographer can return to capture the exterior of the home.
THE DAYS FOLLOWING THE EVENT:
When you hire Christian Tanner Films, you hire him to not only film the property of the home, but also to edit the video that you will receive. This process takes anywhere from 4 to 10 hours, depending on size of home. Included in the editing process is sifting through footage, color correcting, sound designing (music and sound effects), and adding text or voice over. You can expect to receive the first edit 2-3 days after the shoot. If you are unhappy with the edit, you may request re-edits at NO ADDITIONAL cost to you. You can expect the final edit to be delivered 3-6 days after the shoot**.
WHAT YOU WILL RECIEVE:
When the editing is finished, you will recieve a 2-4 minute video of the home with your contact information in the corner of the screen, and the same video with no contact information. Either of these can be posted on Facebook or any other website you use to sell your home. You will also recieve a 1 minute highlight that is designed to be posted on Instagram. These will be delivered via Google Drive and/or by USB.
